About The Position

Signature HealthCARE of Carrollton Rehab & Wellness Center is a 78-bed facility providing services ranging from short-term rehabilitation to traditional long-term care. Signature HealthCARE is a family-based healthcare company offering integrated services across multiple states, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted and memory care, and home-based services supported by technologies such as telehealth and Care.ai-enabled solutions.

The Registered Nurse delivers high-quality, compassionate nursing services to patients and residents, supervises assigned nursing assistants, and ensures nursing care complies with facility policies and applicable standards and regulations. The role is presented as part of a hiring event at Signature HealthCARE of Carrollton Rehab & Wellness Center. The stated pay is up to $48.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Possess an active nursing license in the state of residence.
• Hold current, active CPR certification.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Have excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents while maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Confirm that assigned nursing personnel comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures.
