Registered Nurse - Virginia Beach
About The Position
The Registered Nurse serves as an RN Supervisor for an in-home personal care agency, conducting supervisory visits for non-skilled clients. The role offers a flexible schedule, with the nurse able to choose how many hours to work and designate the area served within the Middle Peninsula and surrounding areas. Compensation is $65 per initial assessment, $55 per reassessment/6-month visit, $30 for a missed visit when the client is not home, $30 per in-service or class, $20 per aide orientation when additional clinical training is needed, and $20 per hour for office work. Assessments or visits for clients more than 30 miles from the agency receive an additional $5.
Responsibilities
- Conduct supervisory visits for non-skilled clients.
- Perform initial assessments and reassessments, including six-month reassessments.
- Provide in-services or classes.
- Provide aide orientation when additional clinical training is needed for a case.
