About The Position
Family Dental LLC is hiring a Dental Assistant to support dental healthcare operations and patient care. The role provides chairside assistance to dentists, operates oral radiology equipment, and maintains clean and sterilized tools and operatories. It also involves helping patients understand treatment plans, addressing their concerns, and providing attentive, high-quality service. The position offers opportunities to learn from experienced dentists and advance to Lead Dental Assistant or Lead Regional Trainer.
Requirements
- State Board-issued Dental Assistant or Radiology license.
Nice To Haves
- Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) Radiation Health and Safety Certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance for dentists.
- Operate oral radiology equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools and operatories.
- Assist in explaining treatment plans to patients.
- Attentively address patient concerns about treatment plans.
- Acknowledge patients’ questions and concerns and provide engaging service.
- Ensure quality service is always provided.
