About The Position
The agency is hiring an Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) to provide supervisory visits for non-skilled in-home personal care clients. The RN can set their own flexible schedule, work as many hours as desired, and designate the area where they provide visits within the Middle Peninsula and surrounding areas. Compensation includes $65 per initial assessment, $55 per reassessment every six months, $30 for a missed visit when the client is not home for a planned visit, $30 per in-service or class, $20 per aide orientation when additional clinical training is needed, and a $20 hourly office rate. An additional $5 per assessment or visit is paid for clients located more than 30 miles from the agency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct supervisory visits for non-skilled in-home personal care clients.
- Complete initial assessments and six-month reassessments.
- Provide in-services or classes.
- Conduct aide orientations when additional clinical training is needed for a case.
