About The Position

The Briarwood Community is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, quality-driven nursing care at The Knollwood Nursing Center in Worcester, Massachusetts. The role is in subacute skilled nursing, with manageable patient loads and support from consistent CNAs and engaged leadership. The nurse works under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and in collaboration with a dedicated care team. The position offers orientation and mentorship, weekly pay, shift differentials, and benefits. The listed shift is 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Comply with state continuing education unit (CEU) requirements.

Nice To Haves

• One year of long-term care or subacute experience preferred.
• IV therapy certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and DPH regulations.
• Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support optimal resident outcomes.
