About The Position
The Briarwood Community is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing care in the subacute setting at The Knollwood Nursing Center in Worcester, Massachusetts. Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and in collaboration with the care team, the LPN provides direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and DPH regulations. The role includes monitoring, assessing, and documenting residents’ conditions and responses to treatment, and collaborating with interdisciplinary staff to support optimal resident outcomes. The position offers manageable patient loads, consistent CNA support, engaged leadership, orientation and mentorship, weekly pay, and shift differentials. The listed pay range is $32.00–$38.25, dependent on license and years of experience.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Current Massachusetts nursing license (RN).
- Current CPR certification.
- Comply with state CEU requirements.
Nice To Haves
- One year of long-term care or subacute experience preferred.
- IV therapy certification preferred.
