About The Position

LaserAway is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide aesthetic dermatology treatments in a busy, high-volume clinic. The nurse owns each patient’s clinical journey, from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results, partnering with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to deliver individualized care. Day-to-day work includes performing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments, documenting care accurately, and treating approximately 15–25 patients per day. Nurses use LaserAway’s fully digital custom EMR and work with FDA-cleared technologies as the treatment menu evolves. Comprehensive hands-on training across aesthetic modalities is provided from day one, with potential advancement into Lead Nurse and Regional Clinical Trainer roles. The position offers full-time hours of 32–40 hours per week in 8-hour shifts, no overnights, scheduling flexibility, and weekend availability is required. The nurse may be assigned to work at up to three locations.

Requirements

• Hold a current, active, unencumbered, state-issued Registered Nurse license.
• Be professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered.
• Have weekend availability.
• Be comfortable working in a high-volume clinic environment treating 15–25 patients per day.
• Be able to work at up to three assigned locations.

Nice To Haves

• Background in acute care, such as ER, ICU, or Med-Surg, or experience in aesthetics practice; preferred but not required.
