About The Position

LaserAway is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide aesthetic dermatology care in a high-volume clinic environment. The nurse owns the patient’s clinical journey, from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through treatment, follow-up care, and long-term results. They collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to deliver seamless, individualized care and use LaserAway’s custom digital EMR for documentation. The role includes hands-on training across aesthetic modalities and opportunities to advance into Lead Nurse or Regional Clinical Trainer roles.

The position offers full-time hours of 32–40 hours per week, in 8-hour shifts, with no overnight shifts. Nurses should be available on weekends and able to work at up to three assigned locations. Clinics may see 15–25 patients per day. Compensation is a $50 per-hour base rate plus a $5 per-hour weekend differential.

Requirements

• Hold a current, active, state-issued Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Be professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered.
• Have weekend availability.
• Be comfortable treating 15–25 patients per day in a high-volume clinic environment.
• Be able to work at up to three assigned locations.

Nice To Haves

• Background in acute care, such as ER, ICU, or Med-Surg, or experience in an aesthetics practice; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial skin assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Provide follow-up care and support patients’ long-term results.
• Document patient care accurately using LaserAway’s custom electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to deliver individualized care.
• Work in a high-volume clinic environment and remain engaged with patients throughout the day.
