About The Position
The Registered Nurse works on ONTCC, a 44-bed specialty unit at Deaconess Midtown and a Level II Trauma Center. The unit cares for patients recovering from traumatic injuries, orthopedic procedures, neurological conditions, and life-changing accidents. Nurses gain varied patient-care experience and opportunities to develop assessment skills, clinical confidence, and expertise in complex care. ONTCC emphasizes teamwork, mentorship, and exceptional patient care, supported by a Healthy Work Environment, an engaged Unit Based Council, and a supportive leadership team. The role is suitable for new and experienced nurses and offers the opportunity to support patients through recovery milestones.
Requirements
- Active Indiana RN license or valid compact RN license.
