About The Position

Adoration Home Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care in Kingsport, Tennessee, covering Carter, Unicoi, and Johnson Counties. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with participation in the local branch's on-call rotation as required. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

The RN assesses patients’ physical, emotional, and psychological needs; develops care plans aligned with physician orders and patient goals; directs nursing care; manages pain and symptoms; educates and supports families and caregivers; collaborates with an interdisciplinary team; and maintains timely, accurate documentation. The position offers one-to-one patient care, flexible scheduling options, and the ability to work independently with team support.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college of nursing.
• Current unrestricted registration and nursing license in the applicable state.
• At least one year of nursing practice in a patient-care setting.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy.
• Current CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in home health, geriatrics, or another related setting.
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.

Responsibilities
