RN – Private Duty | Mitchell
About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses to provide skilled, one-to-one private duty nursing care to clients in their homes in Mitchell and surrounding communities. Nurses care for one client at a time, serving clients of all ages—from pediatrics to geriatrics—with a range of clinical needs and acuity levels. The role offers flexible scheduling, with 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts and daytime and overnight opportunities. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available; PRN requires a minimum of four shifts per month. Weekend work is not required. BAYADA provides personalized paid onboarding and training, simulation labs, clinical skill-building, 24/7 clinical support, ongoing mentorship, and career development opportunities. Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Indiana.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
