About The Position

BAYADA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide skilled, one-to-one private duty nursing care to clients in their homes in Mitchell and surrounding communities. The role offers the opportunity to focus on one client at a time, build a meaningful relationship with the client and family, and provide personalized care tailored to individual needs. Clients range in age from pediatric to geriatric and have a wide range of clinical needs and acuity levels. Assignments are available throughout Northwest Indiana and other listed Indiana service areas. BAYADA offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities, with 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts, including daytime and overnight opportunities. There is no required weekend commitment. PRN schedules require a minimum of four shifts per month. BAYADA provides paid onboarding and training, simulation labs, clinical skill-building, 24/7 clinical support, ongoing mentorship, and career development opportunities. Requirements

Hold an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana.
Graduate from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized, high-quality care tailored to the individual client's needs.
Get to know and build a meaningful relationship with the client and family.
Use electronic charting through Statewise.
