About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its Clarion County skilled nursing team. The role provides compassionate, reliable, one-to-one skilled nursing care to clients in their homes. Private duty nursing involves hands-on care for one client during traditional shifts of 4, 8, or 10 hours, building relationships with clients and observing their milestones. Clients range in age from infants to geriatric patients. Nurses travel to a client’s home and work a schedule selected based on their availability. The position offers weekly Thursday pay, flexible scheduling, short commutes near home, paid time off, and a $1,200 nurse referral bonus. Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Travel to one client’s home near you according to a schedule selected based on your availability.
Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Provide hands-on, one-to-one care and build relationships with clients.
