About The Position
BAYADA’s Columbia Skilled Office is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for home care to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team. The role provides one-to-one care to a client in the client’s home, with schedules selected to suit the nurse and matched to a nearby client. BAYADA offers paid orientation with virtual and hands-on training, onboarding support, and ongoing appreciation events. Pay is $30–$32 per hour. Benefits vary according to employment type. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
- Hold a current nursing license in good standing in the state.
Responsibilities
- Travel to one nearby client’s home on a mutually selected schedule.
- Follow up on, carry out, and properly document doctors’ orders.
- Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
