About The Position

Traditions of Chillicothe, a skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care community in Chillicothe, Ohio, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide and direct nursing care for residents. This part-time role is scheduled for two nights per week, from 6:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. The RN will supervise nursing assistants, communicate professionally, document resident information, and follow resident-rights, safety, and compliance policies. The employer is National Church Residences.

Requirements

• Ohio nursing licensure in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, provide, and direct nursing care in compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Assign nursing assistants and ensure they complete their assignments efficiently.
• Communicate professionally and effectively.
• Document resident information in a timely, accurate, and confidential manner.
• Adhere to the guidelines in the Resident Rights documentation.
• Follow the Safety & Compliance policies and procedures.
