About The Position
Traditions of Chillicothe, a skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care community in Chillicothe, Ohio, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to support its vision of advancing better living and care for seniors. The role involves supervising, providing, and directing nursing care in accordance with facility policies and procedures, assigning work to nursing assistants, communicating professionally, documenting resident information, and following resident-rights and safety-compliance guidelines.
Requirements
- Ohio nursing licensure in good standing.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, provide, and direct nursing care in compliance with facility policies and procedures.
- Assign nursing assistants and ensure the efficient completion of their assignments.
- Communicate professionally and effectively.
- Document resident information in a timely, accurate, and confidential manner.
- Adhere to the guidelines in the Resident Rights documentation.
- Follow policies and procedures outlined under Safety & Compliance.
