About The Position
Baptist Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Stress Lab team in its Cardiac Testing Department at Baptist South in Jacksonville, Florida. The role provides care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in a fast-paced environment, requiring critical thinking and teamwork. This is a part-time, day-shift opportunity with shifts from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and rotating weekends.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse.
- Associate of Science in Nursing required.
- Two years of critical care experience.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures to support their safety and comfort.
- Administer medications and manage IV lines as needed.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and follow ACLS protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards.
