About The Position

Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy is seeking a full-time Lead Nurse to join its team of wellness professionals. The role is an alternative to a traditional medical office or clinic and involves helping clients with their health and wellness journeys in a comfortable environment. The nurse administers IV drip therapy and intramuscular injections, guides clients through mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy, educates clients about wellness services, and provides customer service and therapeutic communication. The Lead Nurse also supports the nursing team and store operations, maintains documentation and medical compliance, and takes part in events and special projects. Weekend shifts are required.

Requirements

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• One to two years of nursing experience in an acute care setting such as an ER or ICU.
• At least two years of experience administering injections.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Comfort using electronic medical records to document client details.
• Nonjudgmental approach and demonstrated ability to work with a diverse clientele.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to ethics and integrity.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Willingness to follow policies and procedures and maintain medical compliance.
• Interest in wellness, helping clients feel their best, and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV drip therapy and intramuscular injections.
• Educate clients about the qualities and benefits of IV drips and intramuscular injection ingredients.
• Guide clients through mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions.
• Document client visits using electronic medical records.
• Answer client questions using the Restore Nursing Reference Guide under the supervision of the provider and nursing director.
• Communicate client issues or adverse effects to the nursing team.
• Provide therapeutic communication and exceptional customer service.
• Assist staff with store services.
• Participate in off-site nursing events and special projects.
• Order medical supplies.
• Audit a portion of medical charts each month.
• Plan and conduct outreach for events.
