About The Position

Regency Hospital - Cleveland East is a critical illness recovery hospital providing inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients who require extended healing and recovery. Registered Nurses play a central role in delivering compassionate, excellent treatment to patients during vulnerable and challenging periods. The position offers a thorough RN orientation program, career development opportunities, and support for personal well-being. Full-time schedule with day and night shifts available in Warrensville Heights, Ohio. Compensation is $45.00–$50.00 per hour based on years of experience. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered for night shift.

Requirements

Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
BLS certification required at hire.
ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
Complete timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems.
Interpret assessment and diagnostic data, including laboratory results and telemetry.
Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
Demonstrate competence in Rapid Response and code events.
Instruct and counsel patients and families.
Perform other duties as assigned.
