About The Position

Renders professional nursing care to a group of assigned patients within the hospital. Collaborates with medical staff and other members of the health care team to provide quality patient care. Performs activities in accordance with approved policies and guides. Supervises and delegates appropriate duties to ancillary personnel.

Requirements

• Current RN license to practice in North Carolina, either a North Carolina license or a multi-state compact license.
• One year of nursing experience in the specialty area.
• Meet general hospital and departmental competency requirements.
• Current technical certificates as required by the specialty area, such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke Scale Certification, NRP, STABLE, or TNCC.
• Cannot be a full-time or part-time CaroMont employee.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• Professional nursing certification preferred.
• One year of traveler experience preferred.
