Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Nursing)
About The Position
Registered Nurse position in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The schedule includes Saturday and Sunday shifts plus one weekday shift. The nurse must be open to floating to other units and work one holiday rotation based on need. Experience in a Level IV or surgical NICU is required. Common diagnoses include CDH, MAS, NEC, TEF/EA, abdominal wall defects, BPD, pulmonary hypertension, and pre-, peri-, and postoperative conditions. This is a nicotine-free facility; nicotine testing and a drug screen are required with no exceptions. A flu vaccine is required with no exceptions; religious and/or medical declarations will not be accepted.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN).
- Level IV or surgical NICU experience.
- PALS certification required.
- Must work Saturday and Sunday shifts plus one weekday shift.
- Must complete nicotine testing and a drug screen; no exceptions.
- Must have a flu vaccine; religious and/or medical declarations will not be accepted.
Nice To Haves
- NRP certification preferred.
Responsibilities
