About The Position

Froedtert South is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting. The role involves assessing patient needs, using clinical judgment to guide care and follow-up, triaging concerns, educating patients and caregivers, administering medications, and coordinating care with providers and the healthcare team. Nurses build ongoing relationships with patients while supporting safe, high-quality care. The position offers a predictable Monday–Friday schedule.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Current RN license or eligibility to practice as an RN in Wisconsin and/or Illinois, based on job location.
• Current BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing nursing care to patients in the outpatient clinic setting.
• Assess patient needs and use clinical judgment to determine appropriate care and follow-up.
• Triage patient concerns by phone and direct patients to the appropriate level of care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about care and health needs.
• Facilitate diagnostic testing and follow-up care as ordered by physicians.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families in a variety of situations.
• Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team to support safe, high-quality patient care.
