About The Position

Rosegate Village is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time evening Weekend Option role. Nurses build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and use their nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role calls for a supportive presence, teamwork and leadership, collaboration with nursing and other facility teams, and respectful interpersonal communication. The nurse provides medication management, performs thorough assessments, documents changes in residents’ conditions, and demonstrates the organization’s C.A.R.E. values.

Requirements

Current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
Proficient medication management skills.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Responsibilities
