About The Position

Rosebud Village is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for its Weekend Option Days schedule. Nurses develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and use their nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role involves supporting a comforting atmosphere, working collaboratively with facility teams, and helping provide coordinated, excellent care to older adults.

Requirements

• Hold a current, valid Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
• Have proficient medication management skills.
• Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.

• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
