Registered Nurse (RN) - FT Nights | Tulsa LTACH
About The Position
PAM Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for its Tulsa long-term acute care hospital. Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer/Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, or Charge Nurse, the RN uses the nursing process to deliver, direct, and supervise care for patients admitted to the nursing unit. The role includes planning and coordinating patient care, interdisciplinary and discharge planning, teaching patients and families about post-hospitalization care, and accessing community resources. The RN may perform other related duties as assigned or requested, including Charge Nurse duties when applicable.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state where the hospital is located, or compact licensure if the state participates.
- Current BLS certification is required.
- AHA-approved BLS and ACLS certifications are required within 90 days of employment.
- Current ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurses.
Nice To Haves
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
