About The Position

PAM Health is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) for its Baylor Program at Tulsa LTACH. This full-time opportunity requires 36 weekend hours per week in 12-hour shifts, with pay for a standard 40-hour work week. The LVN/LPN provides appropriate nursing care as directed by an RN on the nursing unit, following PAM Health policies, procedures, and guidelines and adapting care to the patient's age and population. The role includes gathering and reporting data, carrying out orders, performing therapeutic procedures, and completing other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if the state participates.
• Current BLS certification; certification must be AHA-approved within 90 days of employment.
• Current IV certification within 90 days of employment, if required by state regulations.

• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience.

Responsibilities
