Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health Per Diem
About The Position
Lighthouse Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a per diem position. The role requires a minimum of five shifts per month, with dayshift or night-shift scheduling available. Overtime and coverage of various shifts are available for nurses who are interested. Lighthouse provides acute inpatient psychiatric and substance abuse services to adolescents, adults, and seniors, as well as chemical dependency rehabilitation and intensive outpatient services. Nurses provide care, comfort, and security to patients and families and work within a safe, supportive environment that prioritizes patient care. The hospital and UHS offer opportunities for continuing education, skills diversification, and career advancement.
Requirements
- Current license to practice nursing in South Carolina, or eligibility to receive or renew one.
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide care, comfort, and security to patients and their families.
- Work a minimum of five shifts per month.
- Cover various shifts and work overtime if interested.
