About The Position

Innovive Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide home healthcare to patients with chronic behavioral health issues and complex medical needs. The role involves working one-on-one with patients in their homes and collaborating with caregivers, nurses, therapists, and operations staff to support high-quality, compassionate care and positive patient outcomes. The position is offered on a per diem basis, with AM, PM, and weekend shifts available; per diem nurses may choose how much work to take on. The posting also notes part-time opportunities. Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing to practice professional nursing in Iowa, as required by state regulations.
Successful completion of the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX).
At least one year of RN experience.
Current CPR certification.
Successful completion of Fit Testing for N95 respirators.
Licensed driver with an insured, good-working-order automobile meeting state and/or organizational requirements, or another reliable means of transportation.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.
