About The Position

The Registered Nurse provides, coordinates, and directs nursing care for assigned patients in the assigned nursing unit. Responsibilities include using the nursing process to provide patient care, communicating with the healthcare team to establish and meet patient goals in a timely manner, and participating in quality improvement activities. The nurse is responsible for professional growth and excellent customer service while supporting the physical and emotional needs of patients and their family members.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Registered Nurse program.
• Current Pennsylvania RN license.
• Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
• Act 33/73 clearances.
• Clinical rotation through an educational program.
• Comprehensive Crisis Management per policy.
• ACLS required within two years of hire or transfer if taking assignments in critical care or telemetry patient care units.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Previous experience working in an acute care facility.
• Basic arrhythmia experience.
• Telemetry experience.
