Registered Nurse Stroke/Med Surg PRN
About The Position
Gottlieb Memorial Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Bariatric/Urology/Med Surg Unit. The 20-bed medical/surgical unit cares for patients undergoing urgent and elective surgeries and specializes in bariatric and urology procedures. All beds are capable of medical telemetry. The unit is located on the sixth floor of the bed tower, adjacent to the Acute Rehab Center. The role offers the opportunity to care for patients with a wide range of diagnoses and develop nursing skills in a team-oriented setting. This is a PRN, part-time position with 12-hour weekend day shifts. It is non-benefited. The stated pay range is $35.89–$62.91 per hour; actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparison to colleagues in similar roles.
Requirements
- Diploma from an accredited school or college of nursing; BSN or ADN.
- BLS Provider certification accredited by the American Heart Association, required prior to hire.
- Illinois Board of Nursing license, required prior to hire.
Nice To Haves
- One year of inpatient nursing experience preferred.
