About The Position

The Registered Nurse, Contingent - Endoscopy at Henry Ford Providence Novi Hospital provides leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care. Using the nursing process, the nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for patients and their families. The role includes coordinating with the healthcare team, delegating and supervising care, documenting care and teaching, communicating relevant information, and addressing variances from patient goals. The position requires endoscopy experience and the ability to take call.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• Health care provider certification (BCLS).
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans.
• Endoscopy experience required.
• Must be able to take call.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
