About The Position

As an Endoscopy Registered Nurse at Memorial, you’ll provide skilled, compassionate care to patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures. You’ll use clinical judgment, critical thinking, and attention to detail to support safe, comfortable, high-quality procedural care. The role includes supervising care delivery, coordinating individualized plans of care, and educating and supporting patients and families before and after procedures. On-call responsibilities include being able to return to work within 30 minutes when called in.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or a compact licensure state.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required to obtain per BSN policy.
• CPR – Provider C certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure safety and comfort.

• Educate patients and families about procedures, preparation, and recovery expectations.
• Collaborate with physicians and procedural teams to support smooth, efficient workflow.
• Participate in on-call coverage and return to work within 30 minutes when called in.
