About The Position
VitalHire is hiring a travel Registered Nurse for a Medical/Surgical/Telemetry role at an acute care hospital in Waterloo, Iowa. This is a 13-week travel contract with one opening, starting November 16, 2026. The position works night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, for 36 hours per week. Estimated weekly travel pay is $2,211. Local candidates are offered a pay rate of $45 per hour. VitalHire provides weekly direct deposit and a dedicated recruiter from submission through the last shift. The company also assists with licensing, credentialing, and onboarding.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Iowa RN license or multistate (compact) RN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification.
- At least 1 year of recent Medical/Surgical/Telemetry experience.
Nice To Haves
- 2 or more years of recent Medical/Surgical/Telemetry experience preferred.
