About The Position

Provides direct nursing care to assigned patients, including assessment, development of a plan of care, education, and evaluation. Performs patient duties necessary to maintain the flow of patient care and coordinates care delivered by other care team members and disciplines. The role is in the Med/Tele specialty.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties needed to maintain the flow of patient care.
• Coordinate care delivered by other care team members and disciplines.
