About The Position
VitalHire is hiring a travel Registered Nurse to work in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at an acute care hospital in Wilmington, North Carolina. This is a 13-week travel contract beginning November 30, 2026. The schedule is three 12-hour night shifts per week, from 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m., for 36 hours per week. Estimated travel pay is $2,187 per week for 36 hours. Local candidates are accepted at a rate of $53 per hour. One opening is available.
Requirements
- Active North Carolina RN license or compact multistate RN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current PALS certification.
- At least 2 years of recent PICU experience.
- Traveler experience is required.
- Flu vaccination is required; only medical or religious exemptions are accepted.
