Registered Nurse - Eagle Highlands Surgery Center - OR - FT Days
About The Position
Indiana University Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Pre-Op and PACU at Eagle Highlands Surgery Center, a multidisciplinary surgery center in Indianapolis with fully equipped, technologically sophisticated operating rooms. The surgery center operates Monday through Friday and does not require weekend or holiday work. The schedule is five days a week, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; operating room experience is required. Requirements
- Associate of Nursing (ASN).
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program. Candidates who did not graduate from a nationally accredited program may be considered with more than two years of acute care experience, subject to Chief Nursing Officer review and approval.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Operating room experience.
- Additional advanced Life Support certifications may be required according to unit or department specialty and patient care policies.

- Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.

- Provide nursing care in the Pre-Op and PACU departments at Eagle Highlands Surgery Center.
