About The Position

As a Registered Nurse at Rosebud Village, you will develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of residents and staff. Nurses use their nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being, providing a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. The role requires a supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication to foster excellent, coordinated resident care and a respectful workplace. The position is offered for full-time day, evening, and night shifts.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrated commitment to C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
• Supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents.
• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed residents’ needs.
• Work with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated and comprehensive resident care.
• Contribute to a respectful and positive work environment.
• Manage medications proficiently.
• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values toward residents, family members, customers, and staff.
