About The Position

BAYADA Home Health is hiring compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to provide home health services to adult and geriatric clients throughout Union County, North Carolina, on a per-visit basis. The role is based with the Charlotte Visits office and is open to new graduates. Nurses help clients receive needed medical care at home while supporting their comfort, independence, and dignity. The position offers a $5,000 hiring bonus for full-time hires. Base pay depends on qualifications, with a stated rate of $54–$62 per point.

Requirements

Hold a current Registered Nurse license in North Carolina.
Have at least one year of recent, verifiable clinical medical/surgical experience.
Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program, as evidenced by a school transcript or diploma.
Be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
Have strong interpersonal skills.
Be able to travel to assigned cases.

Nice To Haves

Prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required.
Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred.
The position is open to new graduates.

Responsibilities

Follow designated care plans based on patients’ needs.
Make home visits to clients in assigned geographic territories.
Administer medications and provide wound care, treatments, and procedures as assigned.
Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform client assessments as necessary.
Manage cases and coordinate care.
Document observations, interventions, evaluations, and services provided using a touch pad tablet.
