About The Position

BAYADA Home Health is hiring compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to provide home health services to adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis throughout Mecklenburg County, through its Charlotte Visits office. The role supports clients in remaining at home with comfort, independence, and dignity while receiving needed medical care. Base pay is $54–$62 per point, depending on qualifications. A $5,000 hiring bonus is offered for full-time positions only.

Requirements

Current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
At least one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, verified by school transcript or diploma.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel to assigned cases.

Nice To Haves

Prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required.
Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred.
Solid computer skills.

Responsibilities

Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs.
Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Perform assigned duties, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform client assessments as necessary.
Provide case management and coordination.
Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to client care management and services, using a touch pad tablet.
