Registered Nurse - Day Shift 12 hour shifts

Gaudenzia, Inc.•Baltimore, MD
•$44 - $48

About The Position

Gaudenzia is seeking a dedicated, caring nurse to work directly with clients receiving treatment for substance use disorders and mental health stabilization. The role involves nursing care in a treatment setting and typically little to no bedside care. It is not a medical-surgical, ICU, or critical-care position, but clients may be at a critical time of need, so the nurse must use sound judgment, follow policies and procedures, and work as part of a team. Day shifts are 12 hours. The position may involve working across programs at a Gaudenzia site according to staffing needs and is considered essential during inclement weather. Gaudenzia’s mission is to promote long-term recovery by providing comprehensive treatment and support to people with substance use disorder, co-occurring mental health disorders, and related conditions, regardless of individual circumstances. Compensation is $44–$48 per hour. New graduates and newly licensed nurses are welcome to apply; direct job experience is not required for the position. The employer offers on-the-job training, upward mobility, and educational assistance. PRN positions require three shifts per month.
