About The Position

The Inspector inspects and packages plastic products to ensure quality, operates equipment safely and efficiently, and supports production continuity and machine efficiency. The role includes using basic tools, placing boxes on pallets, completing required paperwork, monitoring production quality, and maintaining a clean work area. The Inspector must follow company and departmental procedures as well as Safety, Food Safety, GMP, and HACCP practices. The position is identified as a 12-hour day shift.

Requirements

Ability to calculate parts requirements.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to stand and walk for multiple consecutive hours.
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Ability to lift at least 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

Inspect and package plastic products to ensure good quality.
Operate equipment efficiently and safely.
Use basic tools safely and place boxes on pallets.
Complete all required paperwork accurately.
Monitor the accuracy and quality of production runs.
Maintain continuous production runs and machine efficiency.
Clean the work area daily and place scrap appropriately to maintain plant cleanliness.
Perform additional duties assigned by leadership efficiently and safely.
Adhere to all company and departmental procedures.
Follow Safety, Food Safety, GMP, and HACCP practices.
