About The Position

INTEGRIS Health is hiring a full-time day-shift Staff Registered Nurse for the Oncology Medical-Surgical unit at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The nurse manages the delivery and documentation of patient care, including assessment and reassessment, developing plans of care, implementing and evaluating appropriate interventions, and supervising or coordinating other licensed and non-licensed personnel as assigned. The nurse also provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students as appropriate. The Staff Registered Nurse reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president. This position may involve physical demands and respiratory fit-test requirements. The work may involve exposure to infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, and chemicals; standard precautions must be followed. A sign-on bonus may be available to qualified candidates.

Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Additional certifications and competencies as required based on the service line skill.
Follow standard precautions when exposed to potential workplace hazards.
