About The Position

INTEGRIS Health is hiring a full-time, day-shift Registered Nurse for the Baptist Ortho Med Surg team at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Staff Registered Nurse manages the delivery and documentation of patient care, including assessment and reassessment, development of the plan of care, implementation of appropriate interventions, and evaluation of those interventions. The RN supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel in providing care as assigned and provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate. The position reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president. The posting notes potential exposure to infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, and chemicals; standard precautions must be followed. Mental Health staff must be able to assist with physical restraint of patients using the identified Behavior Management Technique System. This position may have additional or varied physical-demand and respiratory-fit-test requirements.

Requirements

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
