About The Position

INTEGRIS Health is hiring a full-time, night-shift Registered Nurse at INTEGRIS Health Ponca City in Ponca City, Oklahoma. The Staff Registered Nurse manages and delivers patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation. The role may require floating to other units and participating in on-call status. It requires population-specific competencies and adherence to applicable National Patient Safety Goals. The nurse may supervise and coordinate licensed and non-licensed personnel and provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate. The position reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president. Requirements

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. (The posting specifies a hospice-only CPR alternative, which does not apply to this role.)
Other certifications and competencies required based on service-line skill.

Responsibilities

Manage and deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process.
Document patient care, including assessments and reassessments, development of the plan of care, implementation of appropriate interventions, and evaluation of interventions.
Float to other units if required.
Participate in on-call status if required.
Meet population-specific competency requirements and adhere to applicable National Patient Safety Goals.
Supervise and coordinate other licensed and non-licensed personnel in providing patient care, as assigned.
Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate.
