About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care’s Mercer County Office is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with an interest in pediatric and adult care to join its Skilled Nursing team. The role provides compassionate, high-quality care to clients in their homes, with opportunities to care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. Some clients require advanced care, including tracheostomy and ventilator management; paid training and shadowing are provided. This private duty nursing role offers traditional shifts of 4, 8, 10, or 12 hours, one-to-one care with one client per day, and the opportunity to build relationships with clients and follow their milestones. Flexible scheduling is available with no minimums, and the office matches nurses with cases near their homes. Nurses use electronic charting through Statewise and have access to 24/7 on-call clinical support.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
- CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult clients in their homes.
- Deliver one-to-one care to an individual client during a shift.
- Provide advanced care, which may include tracheostomy and ventilator management.
- Build relationships with clients and support them as they reach milestones.
- Document care using Statewise electronic charting.
