About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with an interest in pediatric and adult care to join its Skilled Nursing team through the Mercer County Office. The role provides in-home nursing care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, including clients who may need advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. Nurses provide hands-on, one-to-one care for a single client during traditional shifts and build relationships with clients while observing their milestones. The office offers onboarding and paid training, shadowing, electronic charting using Statewise, and access to adult and pediatric simulation labs. Scheduling is flexible, with shifts that may be 4, 8, 10, or 12 hours and cases matched near the nurse’s home. Clinical support is available 24/7. The listed pay range is $34–$39 per hour, based on qualifications; scheduling is available with no minimums for full-time, part-time, and per-diem arrangements. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- Hold a current nursing license in good standing in the state.
- Be CPR certified.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on, one-to-one skilled nursing care to a home-care client.
