Pediatric Registered Nurse, Home Care
About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses for pediatric 1:1 home care in the Winston-Salem and Greensboro metro area. Nurses care for children and their families in clients’ homes, with flexible scheduling and 24/7 clinical support. The offices serve clients throughout the Piedmont Triad, including adult and pediatric clients of varying acuity levels. The position offers day, evening, and overnight shifts in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour durations. Available work arrangements include full-time, part-time, and PRN, with no weekend requirement. A premium night shift team offers a flat rate of $35 per hour for nurses meeting the stated case and schedule conditions. BAYADA provides onboarding, paid training, mentorship, and electronic charting through Statewise.
Requirements
- Hold an active Registered Nurse license in North Carolina.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one nursing care to clients in their homes.
- Care for pediatric clients and support their families.
- Provide care to clients across a range of acuity levels.
- Document care using the Statewise electronic charting system.
