About The Position

The Registered Nurse provides safe, direct patient care in the Inpatient Acute Rehab/Physical Rehabilitation Department, using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN is accountable for care provided to assigned patients and must respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment. The role also involves directing and guiding patient and family teaching and the activities of other nursing personnel, while maintaining standards of care and patient privacy and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Current and valid State RN License.
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS certificate within 30 days of hire and maintain current (facility-specific requirement).

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
