Registered Nurse RN- Inpatient Acute Rehab
About The Position
The Registered Nurse in the Inpatient Acute Rehab Department at Resurrection Medical Center delivers safe patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN provides direct patient care within the scope of practice, directs and guides patient and family teaching, and guides the activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in the Physical Rehabilitation Department. The nurse is directly responsible and accountable for care provided to assigned patients, responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment, and maintains patient privacy and confidentiality. This is a full-time night position, scheduled 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with rotating weekends. The facility is in Chicago, Illinois. A sign-on bonus of $10,000 is available to qualified candidates; eligibility and payout terms apply, with details provided during the interview process.
Requirements
- Current and valid State RN License.
- Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Current ACLS certificate within 30 days of hire and maintain current.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
