About The Position

The Registered Nurse provides safe, direct patient care in the Inpatient Acute Rehab/Physical Rehabilitation Department using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN is accountable for the care provided to assigned patients and responds promptly and accurately to changes in their condition or response to treatment. The role also guides patient and family teaching and the activities of other nursing personnel, maintains standards of care, and protects patient privacy and confidentiality. This is a full-time night position at Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. The schedule is 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with rotating weekends. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available to qualified candidates; eligibility and payout terms apply, with details discussed during the interview process. The stated compensation estimate, including wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $35.35 to $53.58. Starting compensation depends on factors including skills, relevant experience, education, credentials, and licensure.

Requirements

Hold a current, valid State RN License.
Have a current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain it.
Obtain a current ACLS certificate within 30 days of hire and maintain it, where facility-specific requirements apply.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
